Welcome to Minesweeper Alliance, an open-multiplayer riff on the classic Minesweeper game. Join forces with your fellow minesweepers to take on the mines in real-time! But be warned… We've got our work cut out for us! The mines are randomly placed, and the game is not won without clear strategy and a dash of luck 🍀.

What is a Minesweeper?

A minesweeper is a small warship designed to remove or detonate naval mines (Minesweeper (wiki)).

What is MMS-#### (e.g. MMS-4663)?

Players are uniquely identified by a Motor Mine Sweeper (MMS) designation (+ username).
MMS is a nod to the Royal Navy's wooden MMS-class Minesweeper fleet.
